Hamilton School District 3 Information

The Committee for Art in Our Schools (CAOS) is a group of volunteers from the schools and community (teachers, staff, local artists and parents) whose mission is to ensure that the students of the Hamilton School District receive quality art education and exposure to art. Over the years they have grown in strength and scope. CAOS helps to secure an art specialist and adequate art supplies for each of the elementary schools and the middle school every year. They advocate, to the administration, school board and faculty, the need to have strong arts programs. CAOS partners with other groups each year to provide a forum to celebrate the achievement of students in the arts, including music, by holding an arts night, in addition to other special projects, like after school art classes.
