We put the personal into personal training! Our studio is a fully equipped training room that is air-conditioned and totally private, for client comfort. What this means is that there are no distractions and you and your trainer are the only people in the room. You can train to any music of your choice. Our hours of operation are flexible to cater for all lifestyles. Appointments can be made Monday to Friday from 5:30am to 10pm. Our trainers are fully qualified and every trainer has a minimum of ten years experience in the fitness industry. Our trainers are also fully registered with the governing body of the fitness industry (Fitness Queensland) as personal trainers.
