Hall Underwriting and Consulting, LLC is a risk analysis firm providing operational solutions, services, and products to the mortgage and consumer finance industry. The company was established in 1989 by Andrew J. Hall for the purpose of providing quality mortgage loan file due diligence for Wall Street firms, banks, and other investors that were purchasing loans from the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC). Since that time Hall Underwriting has grown and evolved, expanding it's service offerings from basic residential due diligence, by adding multiple levels of mortgage loan analysis along with IT and Operational Solution Services. Hall Underwriting’s client list includes investment banks, mortgage lenders, institutional investors, government agencies, credit unions, and mortgage insurance companies. The products and services offered by Hall Underwriting are customizable and can be tailored to suit our clients’ individual needs.
