Klyde Warren Park is a 5.4-acre deck park that creates an urban green space over the existing Woodall Rodgers Freeway between Pearl and St. Paul streets. The park offers daily free programming, provides connectivity to the city’s flourishing Arts District, brings cultural offerings together, and serves as a central gathering space for Dallas and its visitors to enjoy. Klyde Warren Park is privately operated and managed by the Woodall Rodgers Park Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Highland Park Village is a favorite among locals, as it has been for generations. Built in 1931 and widely regarded as the country’s first shopping center, the Village is internationally recognized for its architectural significance and mix of the world’s best-known upscale retailers including Chanel, Christian Louboutin, Harry Winston and Hermès. Highland Park Village also offers a number of complimentary services including personal shopping, valet parking, chauffeured car service and property-wide WiFi.
