Halco Construction, Inc. is based in Greenville, NC and has been proudly serving the area since 1989, specializing in new home construction, additions, and remodeling. Halco's desire for perfection allows us to continue to have one of the best reputations in the Greenville community. Our customers continue to be completely satisfied and three of the last four years, our homes have won 1st place awards in their categories in the Greenville Parade of Homes. Halco Construction, Inc. was originally founded and incorporated in 1989 Howard Feree and Lee Setters. Greg W. Price's involvement with Halco actually began at the Greenville Fun Park, Lee's second business. Greg worked his way up to general manager at Greenville Fun Park while attending East Carolina University. During his senior year, Greg worked part-time for Halco Construction, Inc. in the field; framing, roofing, hanging drywall, laying hardwood, tiling, trimming, and much more. Upon graduating ECU in 2002 with a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in finance and banking, he joined the Halco team full time and became a partner in 2003. Greg was quick to build on his construction knowledge and he obtained his general contracting license (license number 34499) with the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors in February 2003. Besides his ability to effectively manage the business aspects, Greg enjoys working with customers, scheduling projects, designing and customizing house plans, and working on job sites. Greg spends much of his time on the jobsite demoing, tiling, trimming, keeping the jobsite clean, and working with sub-contractors to ensure that everything stays on track and on schedule. In May 2009, Greg W. Price purchased the remaining shares of the Halco Construction, Inc. and became the sole owner and president of Halco Construction, Inc.
