Halakar, LLC Information

Halakar Properties, Inc. was formed in May of 2000 to satisfy the need for a client-focused commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm. After a decade of successful local brokerage, in January 2011, Halakar Properties became an affiliate office on the brokerage side of the business for the international firm of Newmark Knight Frank while maintaining our own property management department. We ended our affiliation with Newmark Knight Frank in January of 2018. Today, we continue to offer ethical, full-service commercial real estate services including brokerage, property management, receivership services, development services, investment sales services, consulting and of course commercial real estate tenant and landlord advisory services.
