THE SKATEROOM: Assisted the CEO in establishing a clear digital vision for his organisation with a concrete 3-years plan including organisational evolution, product marketing adaptations (different personas), definition and high-level roadmap plan for the various digital tracks to be worked on in the coming 3 years, organisational chart and recruitment plan.
