Trine started the company in Copenhagen in 1995. Here you can find more about Trine and our canteens . Hahnemanns Køkken has a new venue at Sankt Kjelds Plads in Østerbro, a stones-throw away from Vibenhus runddel. Here, a mix of gifted chefs from Denmark and around the world will join forces to form a new type of place, that has always been Trine's dream. To tell you the truth, we haven't found the right name for our project yet. Some say it will be a food mekka. We suggest you come and see for yourself! Our new venue includes a bakery, coffee bar, pastry shop, food store, cookery school and event space. We look forward to welcoming you and serving you breakfast and coffee or salads and ready-made grab-and-go meals on your way home from work. You'll find Trine's cook books in our shop as well as jams, pesto, cheese, spices, wine, sweets and much more. You can also order cakes for special occasions. Check out the time table of our cookery school and the event schedule - we will host popups with national and international chefs on a regular basis, as well as talks on different subjects related to food and environment and supper clubs.
