(HSA) develops and manages specialized service platforms serving businesses, institutions, public agencies, property owners, transportation operations, and strategic partners. HSA's operating platforms include Vehifleet and PrimeShield Coatings & Waterproofing. Vehifleet provides mobile maintenance and service support for commercial fleets and last-mile logistics operations in Southern California. Current capabilities include CHP BIT and DOT inspection services, eligible preventive and scheduled maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and selected mobile repair services. PrimeShield Coatings & Waterproofing provides protective coatings, waterproofing, surface restoration, and related asset-protection solutions. Contracting work is performed by Solution Coatings Inc., California Contractor License #878316. HSA also provides management and administrative infrastructure to affiliated organizations, including serving as the Management Services Organization for CareBridge Nursing & Advocacy, Inc.
