As a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, we are committed to breaking down systemic barriers and creating opportunities for underrepresented communities, including LGBQIA+ People of Color. Hacking the Workforce drives economic development through our innovative Inclusive Apprenticeship Program, which is registered with the U.S. Department of Labor. We focus on: - Productivity and Innovation: Providing cutting-edge technical training and paid work experience to ensure our apprentices are job-ready. - Equity and Access: Offering culturally specific supportive services, including healthcare, housing stability, and mental health resources, to create a strong foundation for success. - Economic Empowerment: Our goal is to place at least 90% of our apprentices into quality cybersecurity careers, enabling long-term financial security and generational wealth generation. Staffed by a global interdisciplinary team with extensive experience, we serve as a single source of services, information, and support for diverse talent looking for careers in technology and companies seeking to grow their cybersecurity workforce. Our Inclusive Mentorship model is transforming the cybersecurity industry. Our programs prioritize diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging while supporting personal growth and career development of our communities.
