We think agentic engineering is an organizational challenge before it is a technical one. hackers&wizards exists so that everyone who builds a product works with agents, not only the engineers: engineering, product, design, QA and operations, and the people who lead them, in flow with each other. It shows in less time from request to production and a lower cost per shipped change. The company's own people run it afterwards, keep their craft and the joy in it, and the practices stay after we leave. HOW WE GET THERE Through enablement: training and mentoring as one bundle. The trainings are tuned to each other, for engineers and QA, for product owners, for DevOps and platform teams, and for the people who lead them. They run on the company's own code, and every two-day training comes with mentoring while the engineering teams apply it to real work. Where a verdict comes before the budget, we start with an assessment. Beyond that, we build the Software Factory pilot and the rollout across teams. WHO TEACHES 40+ practitioners who build production systems. We have built large software systems for more than 20 years, and we have worked with agents since the first tools came out at the end of 2022: alpha access to Claude Code, production software and system migrations built with agents since mid-2025.
