H2T Elite Dryland Training Inc. Information

H2T is a 7000 sq. ft.multi-faceted state of the art dryland facility specializing in the ages 5-16. Our primary goal is to enhance the quality of life for young people through exercise and proper nutrition. We have created a fun age appropriate dryland program that gives every child what he/she needs from a developmental standpoint. Our drills introduce children to multi-directional movement skills, multi-directional speed, agility, balance, coordination, and awareness. Our professional staff considers each athletes specific goals and creates a customized program specific to their needs. Our training is for all fitness levels and is meant to be rewarding and fun. Try our wall balls, slam balls, battle ropes, push sleds, and much much more. You're not head to toe fit until your H2T fit!
