H2K Happy Healthy Kids Fitness is a non-competitive and mindfulness based mobile fitness company that runs classes for children and families of all ages and backgrounds, founded 6 years ago outside of Boston. Our goal is to provide a holistic fitness experience in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment, regardless of skill set or ability level. Classes that we offer include yoga, kickboxing, dance, tumbling, Family and Me Classes, adult classes, and more. Each H2K class ends with meditation and a discussion of individualized healthy goals, encouraging a wholesome and lifelong approach to mind-body health and wellness. We began as a studio and quickly began taking our classes all across the state and beyond, teaching at hospitals, wellness centers, schools, libraries, play spaces, and more. With the national and global rise in childhood obesity, among other disorders that cause differing ability levels, it became clear to us here at H2K that children and families well beyond Boston are in need of physical outlets that suit them regardless of their current abilities or state of wellness. With this in mind, H2K launched its franchise program in 2017. We offer the opportunity to anyone who shares our passion for bringing health and wellness to their community the chance to do so. The difference between an H2K franchise and other fitness franchises is that we care about you, your students, and about providing life-changing fitness resources to communities across the states and beyond. H2K has received Boston Parents Paper 'Family Favorite: Top 5' Award for 2014, 2015, and 2016 in addition to Hula Frog's 'Most Love Party Place'. H2K has been featured in Boston Magazine Online, Boston Parents Paper and MetroWest Daily News.
