Our unique custom build process has been perfected through years of helping families build their dream home. Each family has it’s own set of unique wants/needs when it comes to their home, which is why we work closely with you every step of the way to make it perfectly customized for YOU. 01. Meet The Team Building a custom home can be a fairly long process, so it’s important that you trust, & actually like the team helping you with that. We love helping families build their dream homes, & our experienced team is here for you every step of the way. 02. Architecture & Design This is the fun part! You tell us all of your wants/needs for your new home, & our experienced team works with you to design your home. We’ll start with a rough sketch, then create a full floor plan of your new custom home. 03. Project Bidding & Contract Using the design/layout we’ll figure out finishes, to get together a total cost. From there, we’ll build out a contract that lists budgets for flooring, appliances, paint, etc. 04. Construction Launch It’s finally time! Everything is in order, contracts are signed, & we’re ready to break ground! Life is about to get really exciting! Get ready! 05. Build & Finish The build has begun. We’ll take everything that we’ve talked about together up to this point, & put it all together. Set back & watch it all come together. Flooring, paint, backsplashes, countertops; All of it. Every week, something new & exciting will come together in your new home. 06. Move In The time is here. This beautiful, custom home is YOURS!
