h. michael bohnsack ARCHITECTS offers a full range of professional architectural and engineering services for all building types including office buildings, banks, educational, institutional, commercial, industrial, retail, recreational, church related and single/multi-family residential design projects. Basic services generally fall under the broad categories of Program Analysis, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Bid Documents, Bidding Assistance and Construction Administration. In order to provide the highest quality of service to the Client, our firm includes specialists in Architectural Programming, Site Analysis, Master Planning, Cost Estimating, Architectural Design, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Roofing/Maintenance Work, Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Construction Administration/Observation. Together with a team of consultants we offer structural, mechanical, electrical, civil, fire protection, acoustics, food service and environmental engineering design. In addition we offer a wide variety of "Specialized"​ in-house services too numerous to mention. These services can be performed in a traditional Design/Bid/Build format or a Turn-Key/Design/Build format based on Client need. Depending on the project, some or all of the specific and specialized services are necessary and important to our Clients.
