Gym 22 Information

Located in Jackson Wyoming, GYM 22 provides progressive training methods that directly transfer to the outdoor-focused Wyoming lifestyle. We provide diverse training opportunities that utilize sandbags, logs, stones, and kegs, in addition to Olympic Weightlifting, Strongman training, bodyweight Gymnastic movements and yoga sessions. Our goal is to help you push your limits and achieve your physical, athletic, and lifestyle goals. We provide regularly scheduled group classes, private personal training appointments, and open gym times. Training with us, you will look better, perform better, and most importantly feel better! We hope to help you be more active in your life outside of the gym by dedicating our training and programing to directly transfer into sports, active lifestyles, and making working out more fun for anyone.
