AI runs all eight departments providing a seamless experience at a fraction of the cost. Vetted local crews, or your existing staff, handle the physical property. Markoni remains accountable. The fee is simple: 10% of booking revenue for full management. 5% if you keep your own ground team and we run demand, pricing and guest communications. Direct property costs stay separate and transparent on your statement. We sell outcomes, not tools or agents, so we don't make money until you do.
