Consulting practice, focused on Executive Coaching, Leadership Coaching, Private Equity and Board Advisory. I advise and coach C-level executives, senior leaders and high potential employees, either individually or in teams. Specialties include improvement or development of executive skills and communication, more effective resolution of strategy, business and people issues, priority management and executive conflict management. Advisory services includes work with public and privately-held companies and private equity firms, as well as Boards of Directors. I am currently an active Board member.
