Gwaem Pre-cast Concrete (GPC) is the first factory in Riyadh established and constructed in an integrated way by the biggest international company specialized in building pre-cast factories (ELEMATIC). The factory was designed with 8 beds of hollow core slab production lines, each four of them work fully independently as an integrated and the factory is furnished with all the necessary equipments, systems, tools and programs operating in full automation. The GPC is managed and operated by a qualified team with a good international experience in this field. This team worked with ELEMATIC International Company also GPC factory is keen on building a name in precast industry in the kingdom through complying with quality and engineering standards which guarantee customer satisfaction. GPC BUILDING SYSTEMS comprises an extensive range of complimentary precast concrete products which have been developed and established over several years. They are based on technically proven, high quality and cost effective building system used extensively in the construction industry throughout. ALL GPC BULDIND SYSTEM Products are designed, manufactured and erected to meet current local international - ACI, PCI, BS, ASTM and Saudi ARAMCO, SCECO Standards. They can also be designed and standardized to interface with Client designed and site requirements to provide a Quality Building system (QBS) with maximum Production and flexibility to meet most applicants. ALL GPC PRODUCTS are designed , manufactured and erected to meet with clients, architect sand Engineers factional , loading and dimensional requirements and to GPC quality assurance . GPC ARE ALWAYS available for consultation on all technical matters , project feasibility and proposals from clients, consultants and contractors.
