The first ever Guylian Belgian Chocolate Café concept began trading in 2007 with the opening of the Circular Quay Café in Sydney, celebrated with a star studded opening event, champagne, canapes and of course, the finest Belgian chocolates. After incredible success, the launch was followed by a second flagship café located within ‘The Rocks’ precinct and then a third at ‘Darling Quarter’ in Australia’s number one tourism precinct ‘Darling Harbour’ which attracts over 30 million visitors per annum. After building a strong reputation for quality products and consistently outstanding service, in 2015 opportunities to franchise the Guylian Belgian Chocolate Café concept were commenced using well-established systems and procedures to take the concept to a broader market.
