(GUY) is a woman-owned, Native American-owned, and HUBZone-certified civil engineering consulting firm to various city, county, state, and federal agencies as well as individual developers and corporations. GUY provides roadway and bridge design, storm sewer design, waterline design, surveying, utility relocation management, utility locating, and right of way acquisition services.
