• • Understanding supply chain. This is one of my strongest part skill. As a result of the last two jobs I performed I have a good understanding about end to end supply chain processes. • Organizational skills. I started my NGO career in T.U.AİESEC Communication Team. A year after in 2011 I was selected as the Talent Manager. I worked for 2 years organizing and helping 2 seminars and around 5 conferences. Then I was invited by Rotaract international to be the Organization Manager. I worked 2 years on this position. I also worked as a Vice President in 2012. In accordance with Rotaract curing I was a President in 2013. I am still an active member at Rotaract International. • Communicational skills: I have excellent communication skills gained through organizations I have accomplished in NGO’s and experimented and used in professional area • Leadership: This is my personal being. I am so proactive to motivate all my friends. I created some FB pages and organised fishing events (every single week). We made tens of historical and natural tours and some sport activities (archery, beach volleyball, petang, carting.) My managers and CEO’s always like my attitude and Ms. Gergana said “I am happy when I see you are here. And I am happy I don’t need to make any tam building when you are here”. I still organize some events although I am far away.) • Analytic skills and problem solving: Due to my engineering background, I like analysing problems and providing solutions in a systematic way. • Ability to work under pressure. (My kung-fu training is effectively helps me a lot in this case) • Time management skills. I am multi-tasking and able to handle several priorities together. I was working for AIESEC, ROTARACT and going to school in 2013.
