We have aligned incentives with our partners and do not charge any management fee. We embrace and consistently apply the value investment principles of Phil Fisher, Warren Buffett, and Charles Munger, and primarily focus our investments in the equity securities of small-cap and mid-cap US-listed and China-listed companies. We aim to achieve superior returns by being long-term owners of high-quality businesses with substantial “economic moat”, great growth potential, and run by honest and able management.
