Gulaal is a homegrown clothing brand from Jaipur, India founded in 2016. At Gulaal, we aim to create delightful high fashion clothing, which is modern, comfortable, striking but rooted firmly in the use of quality fabrics. We believe that the feel of the clothing takes precedence over its looks. Cotton and other natural fibers are our basic choice of fabrics. Our focus is on making clothes that feel good on the skin and look absolutely pretty when adorned. Our design philosophy is ingrained in being intuitive about the basic needs of our customers. We focus on minimal, clean patterns that are aesthetically pleasing. And give a lot of prominence to traditional craft techniques that make Indian clothing unparalleled. Gulaal is synonymous with the colorful festival of Holi and is fuelled by our undying love and passion for colors and quality. We draw inspiration from everything around us - the culture, nature, and everyday life in the colorful and beautifully slow-paced city of Jaipur. Also, musings from our travel to frenzied cities abroad dipped in their multi-layered cultures, influence our designs.
