Home of Guiding Hands has provided services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities for over 50 years. We are one of the largest providers in San Diego and Imperial Counties, reaching more than 5,000 infants, children, adolescents, and adults with special needs each year. HGH provides a plethora of services to our clients, including Residential Services, Respite, Adult Foster Homes, Tailored Day Program, Independent Living Skills, Early Childhood Development and more.

Unity Care is a 501(c)3) organization headquartered in San Jose, CA, dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and homelessness for young adults aging out of foster care. Serving over 500 young adults throughout Alameda, Monterey, Placer, San Francisco, and Santa Clara Counties in Northern California, Unity Care’s 5 Pillars of Support Program Model helps reverse negative trends for young adults aging out of foster care. Through a trauma-informed and proactive support model, we help these youth build confidence, feel hopeful about their futures, and achieve career success and financial self-sufficiency as they transition into adulthood.

Safe Haven Family Shelter empowers Middle Tennessee homeless families with children to achieve lasting self-sufficiency. For over 30 years, Safe Haven has served as the only shelter-to-housing program in Middle Tennessee that accommodates homeless families. Families receive comprehensive services that empower them to achieve lasting self-sufficiency. Safe Haven’s approach is one of service, compassion, trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
