GuideSite Consulting, LLC equips clinical trial sites with the knowledge and readiness needed to deliver psychedelic treatments consistently and in accordance with study protocols. We work with sponsors, Sponsor-Investigators, and CROs who need sites that are genuinely ready — not just willing. That means competency-assessed training for site staff and session facilitators, treatment-room and controlled-substance handling setup, LMS administration and training records organized for inspection, and a named point of contact for every site from activation through close-out. GuideSite staffs each engagement to the protocol. Trainers and consultants are selected per study from an experienced network of clinical and psychedelic research professionals, because site training requirements differ by compound, protocol, and site profile.
