GuidEd Education partners with schools, systems and education organisations to grow courageous, values‑driven leaders across the Australian education sector. Guided by the core commitment to Learn |Practice | Lead, GuidEd brings together executive coaching, the GuidEd Leadership Series and tailored professional learning. The work focuses on wellbeing, aspirant and current leadership, career progression and strategic planning. Founded and led by Phil Collins, an experienced educational leader, executive coach and professional learning facilitator, GuidEd Education is grounded in over 20 years’ school and sector experience across metropolitan, regional and remote contexts. Phil currently serves as Manager of Curriculum and School Improvement at AISWA. In this role, he leads system-level work in school improvement, curriculum and leadership. He also contributes through governance and advisory roles with SCSA, ACEL and the SEDA College NT Board. Having experienced the impact of coaching on his own career and wellbeing, Phil now works with education leaders to learn with intention, practise with purpose and lead with influence.
