Guesthouse Information

Guesthouse is a private, fully-staffed retreat in downtown Truckee, California — built for leadership offsites, board meetings, and small-team workshops, with a dedicated house captain, private chef, and local guide handling the details so your team doesn't have to. We built Guesthouse around a simple idea: the best offsites are close enough to reach easily, far enough to actually disconnect, and equipped enough that the trip doesn't cost your team a day of productivity. It's a drivable trip from the Bay Area — no flights, no lost travel day — into a private, nearly 4,000-square-foot residence with communal space for working sessions and private space to recharge. Guesthouse comfortably hosts up to 10 guests, with ski access to any Lake Tahoe resort nearby for downtime between sessions. From airport pickup to chef-prepared team meals, our onsite team handles the logistics — so your group can focus on the work, or the reset, that brought you here. Guesthouse also welcomes family vacations and group getaways on the same terms: full privacy, a dedicated team, and easy access to Truckee's historic downtown and Lake Tahoe's skiing, hiking, and lakefront experiences.
