GuestEngine Inc. offers a multi-tier, reward and loyalty platform targeting Brands who want to maximize their guests' experience and increase customer membership in mobile loyalty. Through GuestEngine's platform, Brands design and execute loyalty programs where their customers earn Points/Rewards - a currency-like credit system - for any type of behavior or action. These actions can be either online (i.e interact with Social Media, take a Survey, etc...) or offline (add a bill purchase from an in-store visit). For each action completed a user is awarded a certain amount of points as defined by the Brand. What makes GuestEngine unique is that we can incent both the Customers and the Staff who drive the customer engagement and our integration into our customers' Point-of-Sale Systems ensure we can close the loop on all our digital offers/rewards/points. Customers collect points for an individual brand and they use their points to purchase digital and physical products that are made available in the Brands' Marketplace. While we primarily target the Hospitality Industry, our services can be any Brand in the retail segment as well.
