Guerrier Development is a multi-disciplined real estate and investment firm with expertise in community building and hospitality. We pursue development concepts that allow us to focus on families, improving neighborhoods and creating economic opportunity. Founded in Nashville, Tennessee in 2011, Guerrier Development began by helping inner-city residents rehabilitate and sell their homes in the post-recession market. Our company provided market intelligence, financing, and design work to help residents take advantage of Nashville’s booming real estate trends. From there, our firm focused on new multi-unit developments across Davidson County. Working to create quality, affordable housing options in communities like Bordeaux, Hermitage and the Nations, Guerrier Development has invested in over 150 properties across the city. In 2018, Guerrier Development began work on a major hospitality, mixed-use, and entertainment concept for the Nashville area. Partnering with some of the world’s biggest names in hospitality management and design, our company is working to introduce a development that may change the economic prospects of Nashville.
