Established in 1995, Guaranteed Karpet Kleen (GKK) has been serving the Baltimore Metropolitan Area for over 16 years. The company started as a sub-contactor for a large local carpet cleaning company, working out of the trunk of a 2-door Plymouth Sundance. After several months of working in a bait-and-switch, high pressure sales tactics environment the decision was made to enter the marketplace as a stand alone entity. At the same time it was also decided that GKK would become a relationship-based company.
