Enterprise Ireland is the government agency responsible for the development of Irish enterprises in world markets. We help Irish businesses to start, grow, innovate and win export sales through our international network.
In this way, our organisation supports employment, regional development and sustainable economic growth.
Fáilte Ireland is the National Tourism Development Authority. Our role is to support the tourism industry and work to sustain Ireland as a high-quality and competitive tourism destination. We provide a range of practical business supports to help tourism businesses better manage and market their products and services.
We also work with other state agencies and representative bodies, at local and national levels, to implement and champion positive and practical strategies that will benefit Irish tourism and the Irish economy.
We promote Ireland as a holiday destination through our domestic marketing campaign and manage a network of nationwide tourist information centres that provide help and advice for visitors to Ireland.

The role of Bord Bia, The Irish Food Board, is to act as a link between Irish food, drink and horticulture suppliers and existing and potential customers worldwide.
Bord Bia was established in 1994 through the amalgamation of the Irish Meat and Livestock Board (Coras Beostoic agus Feola) and the food promotion activities of the Irish Trade Board. In 2004 it amalgamated with Bord Glas to incorporate the development of the horticulture industry and in 2009 Bord Bia took over the promotion of Irish seafood from BIM (Bord Iascaigh Mharaigh).
Our mission statement is "to drive, through market insight, and, in partnership with industry, the commercial success of a world-class food, drink and horticulture industry". We have an extensive and in-depth knowledge of the Irish and global food industries, which we are happy to share. We can provide you with details of exports, production, quality standards, health regulations and controls, and new developments in the industry. We can also act as a bridge, putting you in touch with companies appropriate to your areas of interest.
