GTS Solutions CIC is the UK’s only social enterprise and government recognised supported employer in the private security industry. We proudly hold a range of accreditations, including SIA, ACS, ISO9001, CHAS, and the Living Wage. As Scotland’s first accredited Living Wage employer in the private security sector, we are committed to supporting people with disabilities and complex needs. We specialise in supported employment, offering tailored programmes to help individuals overcome barriers to work, such as mental health challenges, homelessness, and age discrimination. Currently, our 21 employees in Glasgow reflect the diversity we champion, with backgrounds in physical disabilities, PTSD, and more.
