Gter s.r.l. is an SME founded in 2010 as a spin-off of the University of Genoa. It operates in the fields of space tech, geographic data management, and metric and thematic surveying. The four areas of expertise are: LIDAR Surveying: Gter provides services and products, both hardware and software, for terrestrial and UAV-based LIDAR surveying through the LIDAR ITALIA consortium. Territorial Information Systems: Gter designs and develops mapping portals, WebGIS systems, and Spatial Database Infrastructures, offering advanced solutions for the management of Technical Offices in Public Administrations. GNSS Processing: Expertise in GNSS data processing, the design and implementation of displacement monitoring networks, and R&D activities for the development of GNSS-based algorithms and solutions. Training: Gter offers theoretical and practical training in GNSS satellite surveying, GIS tools, WebGIS, WebServices using Open Source technologies, digital cartography, and reference systems. This training can be tailored to client needs in the form of seminars, workshops, courses, and conferences, targeting both private technical personnel and public administration staff.
