We are architects trained in problem-seeking, concept-defining, solution-framing and communicating. We identify new needs and opportunities, building alliances and helping to shape solutions. Our distinguishing characteristics are openness and a desire to work collaboratively; generosity in being prepared to engage and share ideas; an inquisitiveness combined with a calculated willingness to enter uncharted territory; and above all an appetite for a challenge and an entrepreneurial drive. We have chosen to define and lead the market - not follow it. Our business is to design and deliver innovative solutions for our clients in the private and public sector through a rigorous process of listening, challenging, imagining, making and most importantly enjoying. We not only bring our experience to our projects but also the lessons we have learnt, the knowledge of how we can add value and, in many instances, as a result of our efforts, successful outcomes that have been delivered. GT3 Architects is an RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice and is ISO 9001 and 14001 accredited. This certification makes a positive statement about our level of systems management and the importance we place on meeting our clients’ needs. We work across a range of architectural sectors with particular skills in architecture, master planning and interior design with specific project experience in the fields of sport and leisure, workplace, civic, residential and mixed-use developments. These skills are supplemented by our own unique workplace consultancy service (Performance+) and our flexible, innovative leisure solution (Core+). We have developed a reputation for our creativity and innovation supported by a proven track record of translating bold concepts into elegant technical details and successful project delivery. Many of our projects are commissioned by repeat clients and/or won in competition which reflects both our commitment to ongoing client service and design creativity.
