Technology selection to go-live was completed in just three months. o Led the delivery and solution architecture of nation’s largest home improvement retailer’s assortment planning tool that was used to plan 70B+ dollars of its annual business. o Helped the IT leadership of one of the world’s largest sports brand evaluate build vs. buy decision for their retail demand planning platform, and then helped them with vendor selection and solution architecture of their first implementation. o Put together a playbook for global expansion of a multinational sports brand covering every aspect of retail from store design, merchandise planning to managing store operations.
