Pension Income, LLC finds retirees that wish to sell 8 years of their income. Typically, we find retired military who are looking to exchange 8 years of their monthly income for cash up front. The annuity agent finds the buyer (the person willing to buy the income stream) and makes a commission for doing so. This offering is very similar to an 8 year period certain annuity except the payouts to the buyer are higher and so is the commission to the agent.
