G.S.K.V. Northside Barbell Information

Do you want to become stronger, faster and bigger? Then Northside Barbell, the first and only weightlifting club in Groningen, is definitely something for you! Whether you are a casual lifter who just wants to become stronger and live healthier or whether you are a competitive powerlifter: Northside Barbell is the student club in Groningen where you will find your fellow iron-heads. So, how are we going to get you stronger, faster and bigger? By offering the following: – Club trainings – Personal coaching on liftingTrainings- and nutrition programs for beginners and advanced – Additional training materials like bands, foam rollers, magnesium and so on – A storage room for all your lifting-related belongings like your belt and shoes – Many more things to come! Besides this we are always busy with building and supplying new materials like the platform and bumper plates. We also organise and host several weightlifting and powerlifting competitions. And last but not least: you can already look forward to our meatings: where we meet and eat meat! Are you interested in becoming a member of Northside Barbell?
