GSA Planning was established in Sydney in 1988. Our company has been involved in a wide range of projects for over 30 years, including development applications for residential, commercial, retail, mixed use, industrial, institutional, community use, seniors living and affordable housing projects. We have also been involved in a number of planning proposals and rezoning applications, State Significant Developments, major and strategic projects, and preparing LEP and DCPs for local governments. Further, GSA have carried out a number of independent assessments of Council projects, and are involved in a multitude of Land and Environment Court and NSW Civil Administrative Tribunal appeals, often being appointed expert and expert witness. The GSA Planning team is made up of qualified and experienced town planners, urban designers, architects, traffic engineers, administrative and accounts staff. We enjoy a good working relationship with our peers, Council officers and other practitioners, both locally and regionally.
