Grupodot Information

Founded in may 2004 and based in Bogotá, Colombia, Grupodot has evolved using a model founded on interaction design for the conceptualization and deployment of services that enhance and facilitate relationships between our clients and their users. In Grupodot®, we contribute to the evolution of our clients through innovative products and services and a constant growth and strengthening of abilities of the people working within them. What we do is design and develop these products and services to project in a simple, clear and direct manner, the identity and strategic message of our clients, all of this based on a robust research environment. We also identify, together with our clients, new forms of serving and supporting people, by evidencing needs, behaviours and desires of the target audience. The products and services designed, seek to promote and maintain direct dialogue with our customers and other prospective clients.
