DEX has provided services to local, regional and national governments to plan, implement or evaluate projects and programmes to promote economic and social development. DEX has also carried out evaluations of EU funded projects and programmes. DEX is based in Asturias, NW Spain, and has a large network of partners and clients throughout Europe.
