We have started our operations back in 2001 and since then we have been going from strength to strength offering a wide range of professional services such as: accounting advisory (including our key specialty - IFRS consultancy and reporting support), audits, bookkeeping, company formations in Poland, restructurings, project finance and valuation services. Our key asset are our employees. We have a stable base of devoted professionals with experience in both industry and consultancy. We are also in a constant search for new talents and are recruiting on an ongoing basis. We have helped our clients sort out a number of complex issues both in the field of accounting and business. * we help stock listed companies with IFRS reporting issues, specifically with business combination accounting (impairment measurements, PPA, goodwill accounting, fair value determination); * we help our clients restructure - we have successfully completed a restructuring project of a food processing plant and we are moving to restructure a publishing house; * we deliver high quality audit and review engagements for our clients and for banks; * we provide tax advice and bookkeeping services to a number of our clients.
