Growth Partners Consulting (GPC) is a leadership and team development consulting firm led by Amy (Coltart) Drader. GPC is dedicated to improving the way people come together to achieve a shared goal and provides leadership coaching, customized training, and facilitation. Amy has been an operational leader in both the private and public sector. Whether it was her experience as an operations chief with the federal government or a front-line supervisor in retail, Amy has experienced first-hand the joys, challenges, and headaches of leading teams. Most recently, Amy spent five years working in healthcare at an academic institution coaching and training physicians, nurses, and administrators in leadership and team development practices.
