Welcome to Grovelands! We’re a recruitment and management consulting firm offering a range of services for businesses going through significant change. We’re based in Brighton and London, but we have clients and candidates all over the UK. We realised a while back that we had a big problem: both consulting and recruitment have a terrible reputation! Whether it’s poor practices, overcharging, or simply being out to serve their own interests, our industries aren’t known for looking after those they serve. That didn’t sit right with us, so we developed a disruptive business model that challenges the status quo. By changing the way we practice and combining the power of our two service lines, we’re on a mission to improve the recruitment and consulting experience for everyone involved.
