Groundwork Project organizes like our democracy depends on it—because it does. We support local community organizers in places where the fight isn’t about one candidate or one election, but about the survival of American democracy itself. From the Deep South to Appalachia and the Plains, we show up in states too often written off, investing in leaders who work year-round to secure justice, equity, and democracy for all. Our Work: 🔹 The Organizer Network – Providing capital, community, and capacity to frontline organizers. 🔹 The Organizing Accelerator – Training the next generation of organizing leaders in partnership with the NAACP. 🔹 The Narrative Studio – Challenging boom-and-bust civic spending and elevating the work of local changemakers.
