Groundsmiths (UK) Ltd provide bespoke environmental services with respect to human health risk assessment, controlled waters risk assessment and the derivation of detailed Conceptual Site Models. We also undertake peer review of third party reports and provide recommendations for further ground investigation and risk assessment etc. Groundsmiths have provided DQRA support to various environmental consultants, notably with respect to ConSim-based projects associated with the modelling of hydrocarbon impacted soils and groundwater at former fuel/oil storage terminals. Our expertise has also extended to risk screening, prioritisation and classification of landfill sites. The other side to Groundsmiths is the provision of seconded engineering, working alongside existing geo-environmental engineers at company premises, or remotely.
