We are women led and well on our way to becoming carbon net zero certified. We also open-source our IP, invest in the start-up social enterprises that we help accelerate and donate 5% or our gross revenues to nonprofits every year. About the Founders: Phil White and Heidi Schoeneck founded Grounded in 2018 after spending more than two decades each working for the biggest brands at some of the world’s largest agencies. They most desired to create a place where smart thinking inspires ideas and partnerships that not only sell, but make the world greater, too. Join us in getting Grounded!
