Hey there! My name is Simran. After many years working in tech, sales and marketing, I decided to focus on what truly brings me joy: Supporting other people on their journey of life. I founded GROUNDED. after becoming a mother and designed the GROUNDED. programme as an immersive, intensive 4x4hr coaching programme to help you understand what the true core of your challenges is, how to activate your inner resources in order to live authentically and independently no matter what is happening around you. I have combined my knowledge as a systemic coach with yoga, hypnotherapy, positive psychology and more to create the GROUNDED. programme.
