Ground Team Red (GTR) is a joint venture between AirAsia Berhad, Asia's leading low-cost carrier, and SATS Ltd, Asia's leading provider of Gateway Services and Food Solutions, with the ambition to expand into ASEAN regions. GTR supplies ground handling services including guest, ramp and baggage services in KLIA 2 as well as 16 other airports across Malaysia. Currently we are providing services to AirAsia Airlines and third party airlines, with the highest flight frequency up to ~450 flights daily. What makes GTR a success?
