Ground Floor Gallery Information

In 2013, independent curators Krista Scenna and Jill Benson founded Ground Floor Gallery, Park Slope’s primary commercial art space. As the current gallery owner, Scenna continues to connect local, emerging artists to new art buyers and audiences through curated exhibitions of original art and educational ventures such as art collecting classes for beginners and private art consulting sessions. The gallery empowers buyers new to art and those curious about up-and-coming, underrepresented talents by hosting intimate events, organizing studio visits, and encouraging partnerships between local residents / businesses and our network of talented artists throughout the exhibition season.
